Restaurant Premantura Resort is open throughout the year and is available to external guests. During the autumn and winter months, guests have the opportunity to enjoy the outside heated terrace with a glass wall and a view of the pool, the bay and the pine forest. Also, the restaurant has a hall that, apart from restaurant guests, is also used for holding birthday celebrations and other occasions, team building and conferences.

The restaurant is based on à la carte dishes of personal choice and offers daily meat and fish menus (vegetarian and vegan daily menus are available on request). No prior reservation is required to come to the restaurant.

The working hours of the Restaurant Premantura Resort are from 08:00 to 23:00h.

The half-board dinner is based on a fish, meat or vegetarian/vegan menu, depending on the guest's preferences. In addition to diverse and creative daily menus, our staff also takes care of the quality and freshness of the prepared food. In the fish section, the menu offers seasonal fish with indigenous spices from our Mediterranean garden with carefully selected premium wine, while the meat part is based on selected cuts from local farmers. The vegetarian and vegan part of the menu is adapted to a diet without animal products.

In summer afternoons, you can sunbathe and relax on the terrace around the pool. The spaciousness of the terrace is ideal for families with children and for couples and allows you to enjoy various cocktails, beer, local wines and other drinks and seasonal fruit. Hotel guests are provided with towels for the pool as well as sunbeds and umbrellas for complete enjoyment.

Also, on romantic summer evenings, the restaurant's terrace becomes a stage for local artists. Premantura Resort hosts musical groups and individuals in a certain schedule.


The price for the menu (16.06. - 30.06.) is 30€ for one person.
